Sweet, beautiful and abandoned...

Roosevelt Island Cat Lovers: Lexie needs a home...

Lexie wondering what happened, outside The Octagon. Can you help?
Lexie wondering what happened, outside The Octagon. Can you help?

Lexie has been living in Octagon until a couple moved out few weeks ago and put her on the street. You may see her sometimes by the entrance, wanting to go to a home that no longer exists. Can you find a lap and a food dish for Lexie to call her own?

The original message and photo was posted by Maria Medvedeva on The Octagon's resident bulletin board, but this sweet little black cat will be happy to make a home anywhere.

Lexie is now outside, cared for by volunteers from Wildlife Freedom Foundation but desperately needs a new home or a foster home. She is 7 years old, spayed, vaccinated. She is very sweet and loves to be petted but may bite when hungry.

Please reach out to WFF if you are interested at 917-622-9921 or wffny.info@gmail.com.

Thank you for caring!
