State Agency Upgrades Public Comment/Complaint Format

Today @ RIOC, TIKKET Replaces Citizen Request Tracker

Updated 43 weeks ago

"As of Monday, July 29, 2019, the Roosevelt Island Operating Corporation (RIOC) will be replacing the Citizen Request Tracker with Tikkit," the State agency announced last week.

"Tikkit has easy-to-use on-line forms designed to capture concerns and complaints from our residents, employees and stakeholders. Users can even use their smartphones to attach images or other documentation to help RIOC see the exact nature of the issue."

You can find complete details on how to access and use the system at this website.
