An article in the New York Post caught our attention. First of all, Southtown Building #8 is now Riverwalk Park, a catchy if misleading title. There's a little more.

Opening is set for 2021," the Post said, for "the first newly built and permanently affordable one on" Roosevelt Island.

Others may dispute the claim.

Anyway, depending on income,  rents may be "as low as $505 for a studio and go up to $3,431 for a three-bedroom."

Applications open next year.
