With controversy swirling around RIOC's shutting off the tap at the Wildlife Freedom Foundation's Southpoint Cat Sanctuary, we thought it would be helpful to let readers see for themselves. Does this look like the kind of careless slipshod operation RIOC has tried to portray? You be the judge.

All these cats need homes, and we can personally attest to the thrill of sharing our home with rescued cats, including our warm, friendly and lucky black cats.

The hose and nozzle RIOC claims (depending on the day) 1) floods the park, 2) causes substantial plumbing issues or 3) reduces sprinkler system water pressure.
