The New York Road Runner Striders fitness program brings volunteers to Senior Centers in New York City. Led by Asteria Claude-Howard, Roosevelt Island's version builds athleticism by mixing fun into the workout. Yesterday, we added a challenge to the routines... and Lisa Fernandez trounced me again.
