In a video captured by the Roosevelt Islander in February, then RIOC President CEO is recorded lying, claiming the Langan Project reflects the Fitzgerald & Halliday Plan approved in 2017, and the ever compliant board fumbles through a few, irrelevant questions before snuffing debate because they are "busy."

 Maybe they thought they could, as usual, just blow off residents, but it hasn't worked as planned.
